If you're hosting a bridal shower, there are almost hundreds of fun games and activities to choose from. Some are silly and outrageous, some are serious, but all are about having fun with the bride before she is married. Here's a few free wedding bridal shower games suggestions.

Bridal shower games questions

One fun game really quiz the bride on the spot with regard to her knowledge of her husband-to-be's life. Prior to the party, have someone in the group to ask the groom a series of questions, such as where he was born, what he loves to eat, questions like that. Then at the bridal shower, place the bride on the spot by asking her the answers to the questions asked.

See how many questions she can get right (hopefully at least half!). If she does well in giving the answers for the bridal shower games questions you set, give the girl a prize; she definitely deserves one.

Bridal shower games toilet paper dress up

One all-time favorite game is toilet paper wedding dress up. This game involves separating the guests into groups consisting of at least 2 people and no more than 5 on each team.. Give each team a roll or toilet paper (or 2) and have them design a wedding dress out of using only toilet paper. One of the team members, of course, will volunteer as the model.

Give them with a "dress up trunk" filled with jewelry and shoes and other accessories. The dress must be made out of the toilet paper, but they can decoration with the provided jewelry, gloves, hats and shoes. Place a time limit on this (usually 5 minutes is adequate) and have the bride pick on the best fashioned dress. Ensure that prizes are available for the winning team!

"Lights out! Dress up!"

Another fun bridal shower suggestion which is extremely popular is making the bride get dressed in the dark or blindfolded. Tell the bride she has to pretend she is on her honeymoon trip and the power has been tripped. She needs to prepare for her wedding night in a complete darkness environment. Provide her with a box filled with items and then proceed to blindfold her. She must be dressed in a certain period of time (usually 2 minutes is adequate) while completely blindfolded without assisstance from the guests. Include some silly items into the box like oversized sunglasses, contruction gloves or a flannel, seehtrough nightgown just to make it more fun and enjoyable. This is a photo opportunity, so make sure someone is take photos and recording the process and end results

Wedding Bridal Shower games for all

Another fun game puts the bridal shower guests more on the spot than the bride. In this game, everyone puts their wallets or purses in the middle of the room. Create a list of items commonly found in a purse and assign a point value to each Next, create a list of less common items and give them a higher point value. For isnstance, you might give a lipstick 2 points, a tampon/pad 3 points, and sunglasses 5 points. But a granola bar could be worth 10 points and a staple remover maybe, 15 points. (who carries a staple remover in the purse anyway?)

Then search through the purses awarding points and give the person with the highest points (and therefore, the most items and probably highest number of weird items) a unique prize.

Bingo Bridal Shower Games

Before the wedding shower, create bingo cards just for this shower bingo game. In the squares boxes, put images of items you think the bride will get at the shower event. So, the square boxes might include things like lingerie, towels, etc. As the bride opens her gifts, have people strike off that item on their bingo card. Give a prize for the person who bingo-ed. If no ones gets a "bingo" give a prize to the person who marked off the most items on her bingo list.

Memory Bridal Shower Games

This wedding bridal shower game is a derivation of a very popular game that's often played at bachelorette parties and involves a male stripper. However, this is the clean version. About half an hour into the party, have the bride to leave the room and pass out small pieces of paper to everyone. Have everyone write on the paper anything they can remember about the bride's attire, hair, etc. How many rings did she wear? What color is her blouse or socks? Is she wearing open or closed toed shoes?

Once everyone has written down their observations, invite the bride to come back into the room. A prize is given to the person with the memory skills.
